Rest and recharge. Connect with your higher-self, divine consciousness, ancestors, wise guides and/or angels. One-on-one sessions include space for dialoguing at the start and end of each session. These conversations are modeled on the integrative coaching belief that we are the experts of ourselves—that within each of us are the answers we seek.
